As a professional stylist, I have been in the hair industry for over 15 years. I have worked as an award-winning wedding hair stylist, and I have also experienced working as a stylist for Australian Fashion Week. My passion for hair keeps me at the forefront of the industry as I stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques and technology.
Originally from the UK, but after a few short years of living on the Sunshine Coast, I have quickly become the go-to blondes and hair extension specialist for the locals. My years of experience have allowed me to perfect my technical skills, allowing me to provide my clients with a high-end service. I have also worked as an educator for Showpony Hair Extensions so, rest assured you have in the safest and most experienced hands when it comes to Hair Extensions.
Importantly, I believe that listening and educating my clients is vital to a great stylist-client relationship. I use a personalised approach to the consultation process, while providing a luxury salon experience using only high-quality products. I will ensure you leave the salon feeling like a fierce new woman, ready to take on the world.

My passion for hair artistry is as strong as it was when I began my career 18 years ago. I love the constant challenge it brings and the amazing adventures it’s taken me on. I simply love spending time with people. I feel very grateful to have the opportunity to make them feel beautiful and cared for in my own space.
Professionally, I’m forever learning new techniques and always looking for new innovations to ensure I can respond to my clients evolving requests. They certainly keep me on my toes and l love it! I specialise in colour work full of softness and natural feel.
My work is personalised to suit my clients’ lifestyle and styling needs.
Hair education is my second love. I had my own salon for over 10 years in Finland and after migrating to Australia, I worked in Australia’s top salons in-house and as an educator. I worked for L’oreal, our our industry leader, in Melbourne as an educator for Redken. After spending several years educating hairdressers and working alongside Australia’s best hair artists, I started to miss salon life and wanted to put my new skills to work at my very own blonding salon on the Sunshine Coast.
Having my own salon is a dream come true but, seeing my clients leave their appointment feeling beautiful and confident is even better!

But most of all I love creating the full experience for my client, from a thorough consultation, personalised recommendations, great conversations and even offering a cheeky Margi and nibbles for you too. I’m a Junior Stylist at Coastal Blondes, where I’ve dedicated over 2 years to perfecting my craft. Currently in the midst of my second-year apprenticeship, I’m thrilled to offer my own specialised Junior Stylist Package for color clients at an exclusive rate.
My passion revolves around a wide range of hair techniques, from precision foiling to elegant basin balayage and expert toning, culminating in a stunning blow-dry finish.
Oh, and when it comes to haircare, I’m low-key obsessed with Kerastase. I’ve delved into the science behind these products, and I’m all about making sure my clients get that salon-quality experience both in-house and at home.

I’m excited to be a 2nd year apprentice at the prestigious blonde specialist salon Coastal Blondes. My love for all things blonde runs deep, and I’m on a mission to master the art of creating jaw dropping blonde makeovers, and cannot wait to see my skills develop with a great team behind me.

Our spa bar is stocked with the whole range of Kerastase shampoos and treatments which we use to tailor your hair wash experience. We use only the best products for our clients, to get the results you want. Redken is also at the forefront of innovation in the hair colouring world. Their famous Shades EQ gloss toner is by far the best for our blondes. For heat-styling tools, GHD is the industry leader, and they have us covered for hair artistry and constant haircare education. And our styling range we searched far and wide and are thrilled to have R+Co as our go to for creating that style to last. Our salon also proudly stocks best hair extension brands. Showpony, Jadore & Great Lengths. They are all a premium brands which only uses the highest quality hair, which provides longevity and sustainability.
We have a selection of these products available for purchase, so that you can enjoy the fresh salon feeling in between every visit. Our home hair-care plans feature our quality brands, and we are more than happy to educate you on the best way to effectively treat and nourish your stylish new look.
All our services incur a $2 Sustainable Salon Fee.
We treasure the natural beauty of the Sunshine Coast and being sustainable is integral to us. We are proud to announce that we are a part of Sustainable Salons because we all need to do our part to reduce our impact on the planet and become more sustainable. We successfully recycle 95% of our waste. So, you can enjoy your full head of foils guilt-free, knowing that you are making a difference when getting your hair done at Coastal Blondes.
Here is the impact we are making as a Sustainable Salon:
- Nearly 200,000kg worth of hair foils and metals are diverted from landfill each year and recycled into foil and aluminum packaging.
- 29,600L of chemical waste recycled back into the water is used for construction and manufacturing.
- 28,700kg of hair is collected and used to make ‘Hair Booms’ that help soak up to 95,800L oil from the oceans.
- 143,000kg of plastic is kept in circulation to be reused and not in our oceans
- Nearly 200,000kg of paper is recycled into new paper products

We specialise in three different methods. Tapes, Wefts & Keratin Bonds.
If you are interested in getting hair extensions you must come into salon for an in person consultation. We are unable to give quotes and advice on hair extensions without seeing your hair first. Method, colour, and length all varies depending on what you are wanting to achieve and your natural hair.
Below is a little guide to what each method is and who it is suitable for.
Tapes – suitable for anyone with fine, medium to thick hair. Can be used to fill in gaps around the hair line, add volume or length. Maintenance is every 6-7 weeks. Hair can last from 6-12months if correctly cared for.
Wefts – suitable for anyone medium to thick hair. However we do have a new Miracle weft that is suitable for fine hair. Can be used to add volume or length. Maintenance is every 6-7 weeks. Hair can last from 6-12months if correctly cared for. NOT suitable if you want more hair around the front, we would recommend adding tapes or keratin bonds in too.
Keratin Bonds – suitable for anyone with fine, medium to thick hair. Can be used to fill in gaps around the hair line, add volume or length. It is super customisable as we can use multiple colours for a very natural look. No in salon maintenance is required. Can last up to 6 months. But hair cannot be reused.
