Coastal Blondes was born in 2020, during the heart of the COVID pandemic, when Ceri and Kristiina, both with over 20 years of experience in the industry, decided to unite their passion and expertise. They aligned on a shared philosophy: creating stunning hair, empowering and educating clients to feel their best, and ultimately shaping the next generation of top-tier hairstylists. With a commitment to excellence, they built a space where beautiful transformations happen, and their clients leave feeling confident and inspired.

With over 20 years in the hair industry, my true passion lies in the transformative power of hair extensions. There’s something incredible about how extensions can completely elevate someone’s look—and more importantly, their confidence. Watching a client’s reaction when they see their new, fuller hair is one of the most rewarding aspects of my job. It’s not just about the hair; it’s about empowering people to feel their absolute best.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working as an award-winning wedding stylist and even styling for Australian Fashion Week. But it’s my love for blondes and hair extensions that really drives me to stay on top of the latest techniques and innovations. As a former educator for Showpony Hair Extensions, I’ve honed my skills to ensure that every client gets the safest, most high-quality extensions, tailored to their unique needs. And curating the perfect personalised blonde look for my clients.
Originally from the UK, I’ve found a true home on the Sunshine Coast, where I’ve quickly become a sought-after blonde specialist and the go-to expert for hair extensions. Growing my team and business has been a truly fulfilling journey, and I’m proud of the talented professionals we’ve brought together to create a space where clients can feel pampered and leave with a new sense of confidence.

My passion for hair artistry is as strong as it was when I began my career 25 years ago. I love the constant challenge it brings and the amazing adventures it’s taken me on. I simply love spending time with people. I feel very grateful to have the opportunity to make them feel beautiful and cared for in my own space.
Professionally, I’m forever learning new techniques and always looking for new innovations to ensure I can respond to my clients evolving requests. They certainly keep me on my toes and l love it! I specialise in colour work full of softness and natural feel.
My work is personalised to suit my clients’ lifestyle and styling needs.
Hair education is my second love. I had my own salon for over 10 years in Finland and after migrating to Australia, I worked in Australia’s top salons in-house and as an educator. I worked for L’oreal, our our industry leader, in Melbourne as an educator for Redken. After spending several years educating hairdressers and working alongside Australia’s best hair artists, I started to miss salon life and wanted to put my new skills to work at my very own blonding salon on the Sunshine Coast.
Having my own salon is a dream come true but, seeing my clients leave their appointment feeling beautiful and confident is even better

With over 14 years experience in the hair industry, my expertise as a blonde and hair extension specialist sets me apart. I ensure every client receives the best possible solution and outcome for their hair, by creating hair journey plans and suggesting my recommendations and delivering the goods.
I wholeheartedly believe in motto, “if something makes you unhappy, let’s take action to change it.” I’m on a mission to make sure none of my amazing clients wish for thicker or longer hair. That’s why I’m obsessed with hair extensions, especially Great Lengths.
My Great Lengths journey has spanned 8 fantastic years, and I’m bursting with pride over my wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience with this iconic brand.

I specialise in everything from soft, lived-in colour to bold, high-maintenance scalp bleaches – and I love working with each client to find the perfect shade and style that makes them feel confident and radiant.
I’m also a huge fan of Kérastase and always enjoy helping my clients find the right products to maintain that fresh, salon-quality hair at home. Healthy hair is beautiful hair, and I’m all about sharing simple, effective routines to keep your colour looking vibrant long after you leave the salon.

Hi, I’m Sunnie! I made the move up from the Gold Coast in early 2026 and joined the Coastal Blondes team and honestly, I couldn’t be happier to be here. I’m currently in my third year of my apprenticeship and I’m so excited to be finishing up early next year.
What I love most is getting creative behind the chair. No two clients are the same, so I’m all about customising each look to suit the person in front of me. I’m also looking forward to building my own clientele and can’t wait to get to know you all for me, it’s just as much about the relationships as it is the hair!

I’m the friendly face you’ll see when you first walk into Coastal Blondes – and the one making sure your entire visit runs smoothly from start to finish. My role as Salon Coordinator is all about creating a seamless, relaxing experience for every client, from booking your appointment to checking you out after your service.
With a background in hairdressing and experience as a styling assistant for wedding hair, I understand the rhythm of the salon and love jumping in to support the team when needed. I’m also a total hair enthusiast – I love staying up to date with the latest trends and can’t get enough of my hair extensions!

Hi, I’m Cameron! I’m originally from England and joined Coastal Blondes in January 2026, pretty much the moment I landed in Australia. I’d been admiring the team from afar for a long time, so getting to be a part of CB honestly feels like a dream come true.
Transformations are my thing. I’m obsessed with back-to-back blondes and I live for the attention to detail that takes a colour from good to absolutely flawless and of course, I’ll always finish you off with a beautiful bouncy blow-out.
As an extensionist, I also specialise in keratin bonds, nano tips and tapes, so whether you’re after length, volume or a complete reinvention, I’ve got you covered.
For me, it’s about so much more than just the hair I want every visit to feel like a full experience where you leave feeling like the very best version of yourself. I can’t wait to start building my clientele here and to look after you in the chair!
